The location is amazing! The fact that it’s in the 5th floor makes it great to have a delicious breakfast with a view. Elevator that comes up quickly as well. The room was very comfortable plus the air conditioner would run without electricity so that when you came into the room it would be nice and cold.

The location is on perfect right next to Ponte Vecchio and near all the main spots. Giacomo was lovely as well as the rest as the team. We ended our stay with a lunch on the rooftop terrace where the service and food quality was amazing. We strongly recommend for a stay in Florence ! Stayed in room 409 that has the view on the river. Book a parking in advance if you come by car, although it will still be very expensive (45€/day for the most centric one).

The staff and owners understand the industry. Their personal attention and servicemindedness was outstanding. I like to mention them all, but specifically Paulo, Jacopo, cham and Alina and very, besides all the lovely ladies in the office e restaurant and domestic department. They are all so valuable for making my stay beautiful.

The location, next to Ponte Vecchio was fantastic. Despite being in the center of a really touristy area, our room was pretty quiet. There is a really nice restaurant all the way to the top with a gorgeous view of the roofs and the top of the Duomo. The breakfast room was also very pleasant with beautiful views. Staff was super nice and helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location - right by the Ponte Vecchio - you can walk everywhere. It's beautiful. It's accessed by stairs and a lift and it's not quiet because of where it is, but don't let this put you off! Our room and bathroom were huge. All of the staff are lovely. The breakfast has a great selection and is delicious. There's a lovely lounge and the roof terrace restaurant is just sublime.

The hotel is in a really great location. The rooms were tidy and well lit, and the staff were polite and approachable. The breakfast room is really nice, and there's a good selection of food. The view is also really nice.

The hotel was in an amazing location. Rooftop bar was a lovely addition with great views. Our room I found a little disappointing at first. It felt like we were put in the furthest corner in the hotel, and had to walk past all the laundry and good trays. However, the room was so quaint & had a lot of character. It was a great base for us and the breakfast each morning was lovely.

The Hermitage Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff at the front desk, the breakfast room, as well as the cleaning staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The room and hotel were very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend the Hermitage Hotel 🏨 👌 🇮🇹

The location is great, almost in front of the ponte vecchio. Very well centered. Easy to access by walking to all sites to visit. The room and hotel are cleaned. The breakfast, eventhough it doesn't change, is good and full. The staff is kind and welcoming. We went by car and the hotel advised us a car park only 5 min walk from the hotel.
